I have threatened to do this for some time now, and here I am - doing it.

In this present political climate, I think it is important for ALL women of good faith to speak up and debate the issues which have, for so long, been articulated only by organizations such as "NOW" - and "NOW" never spoke for me. What an arrogant title that organization chose. I guess National Organization of Women Who Hate Being Women probably was an unworkable acronym.

I am pro life and, while I understand that people have the RIGHT to have different views on the subject of abortion, I believe the life of the unborn human being trumps the right to hold that opinion.

I would like to discover why it is that feminism wandered so far from its original roots of equal pay for equal work, and equal consideration as a human being, to the need to reject all femininity and indeed, to become male.

I welcome discussion and would like to hear from others on this and other related subjects.
